High quality healthy breakfasts prepared by using eggs



Eggs have been eaten by humans for thousands of years. Eggs are widely used in cookery, store significant amount of proteins, minerals and vitamins. Global egg industry produced approximate 70 million tonnes chicken eggs every year to fulfil consumer needs and wants to eat healthy breakfasts. Typical egg plants running in countries like India, China and America produce million dozen eggs per week before packing egg boxes they are washed to check quality. Interesting fact is that people on a low-cholesterol diet should reduce egg consumption for better health. Generally hens are kept in battery cages and cage-free conditions in most countries. Hens are slaughtered between 100 and 14 weeks when their egg laying capability decreases. Now-a-days free-range eggs are considered as good for health as they naturally obtained from hens.
With increasing demand for healthy breakfast egg producing is steadily paced up. In China, America, Japan and Brazil birds are kept in large fields to prevent severe harms to hens when they are kept in battery cages. Eggs also have culture influence; Easter egg hunt activity is hugely popular in some parts of the world as well as egg painting is an activity performed very enthusiastically by people. To add more, varieties of eggs are consumed by people in raw and boiled form. Some preferred egg dishes prepared by using natural ingredients. Eggs are mostly consumed during morning time, omelette, quick bites and other egg dishes are eaten by people. Eggs are famous in all over the world because they are best source of essential nutrients required by body especially during morning session. As compared to other costlier snacks eggs easily with low price and can be consumed effectively. At present companies focus more on developing egg restaurants, number of egg derived products and dishes are offered to customers around the world. In coming years Egg industry will be seen as better opportunity to make more money.
